Riverwalk Trust and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation have teamed up to create Rocktoberfest, an outdoor beer festival featuring live rock bands on Friday, October 17, 2008, from 5:30pm until 10pm at Las Olas Riverfront at 300 SW 1st Avenue in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The event will raise funds for the two local charities.

Guests Will Get:
• Sample beers from Budweiser American Ale, Jack’s Pumpkin Spice Ale & Holy Mackerel Beer
• Complimentary beer and appetizers from Las Olas Riverfront venues such as Briny Riverfront Pub, Off The Hookah, Palm Grill, Riverfront Pizza, Sunrise Cinemas Stadium 15 Movie Theater, Art Bar, Living Room and Riverfront Cruises. Food will be served from 5:30pm until 8:30pm.

The event will feature live performances by the Groove Factor, Dulcinea, Hello Human, Stonefox and the Freakin Hott.
