On November 29, 2006, Adam Gontier, the lead singer of Three Days Grace, returned to CAMH (Centre for Addiction and Mental Health) - the center where he began his journey a year and a half ago to being sober. While there, Adam and Three Days Grace gave an intimate live performance to an audience consisting of the center's patients. During the performance, Adam discussed the band's music, broke down their songs and how they related to his life. He also held a Q&A session with the audience to discuss their own recovery, drawing on his own tribulations and experience.
Adam said it best himself: I want each and every one of them to know that giving up is NEVER worth it. If you have a dream, you CAN make it happen. If you have a goal in life, you CAN achieve it. No matter what the circumstance. No matter how bad things get, or how bad they already are, there's always room for change.
