You must be a legal residence of Palm Beach, Broward or Miami-Dade County
This trip is scheduled for Friday October 31, 2008 through Monday November 3, 2008
You & your guest must have valid passports
Understand your legal obligation to pay online the nonrefundable port tax charges of $348 associated with the trip by Wednesday September 3, 2008.
The trip is non-transferable
If you are ineligible or unable to accept the Employee Of The Week Bonus, you will still receive your initial Workforce reward of concert tickets
