Nik: Where do you hibernate to in the off season, when there is no Marlins baseball?

Billy: I still sleep in my Fish tank at Dolphin Stadium. I don't hibernate much in the off-season since I appear at over 300 events a year.

Nik: Can you tell us about your favorite prank ever?

Billy: Grabbing a Yankee Hat off someone's head and rubbing it under my stinky fins.

Nik: What's your favorite part about being a "baseball team mascot"?

Billy: That's easy. All the smiles I see.

Nik: Billy, we never see you have a bad day or in a bad mood. How do you remain so upbeat and optimistic no matter what?

Billy: That is my job. To stay positive at all times.

Nik: What is your favorite ballpark food?

Billy: I love Hot Dogs! I try to eat 4 a game because the heavier I am, the better!

Nik: Mascots from the Sunshine State have always been "ladies men". Mickey has Minnie. Donald has Daisy. Is there a special lady Marlin in your life?

Billy: Unfortunately, I have no significant other. However, I am searching hard for that special someone.

Nik: What is the line you have heard the most in your life??

Billy: "Billy your bill is so long, you must tell a lot of lies."

Nik: What is the coolest thing you have done as a member of the Marlins?

Billy: I have so many. One is being apart of two World Series Championships. Most of my fellow mascot friends haven't even come close to one. ESPN commercials.

Nik: Have you ever pulled a prank on somebody and they did not have a great sense of humor about it?

Billy: During the NLCS against the Cubs, I decided to stand right in front of a Cubs fan when the Cubs were about to score. He got a little irate and decided to push and shove me. He then was escorted out of the stadium. I didn't lose any sleep over that guy.

Nik: Do you have any superstitions?

Billy: No. I am boring like that.

Nik: What are you pre-game rituals?

Billy: I like to take a power nap about an hour before game time.

Nik: What is one pet peeve that gets under your gills?

Billy: Camera phones! Especially ones that people don't know how to work.

Nik: Which opposing team has the most annoying and rudest fans?

Billy: Mets, Phillies & Cubs! No competition fins down.
